Common questions

Subscription not active?
Try restoring purchases from the iPhone app's settings.

Heart rate not showing?
Make sure HeatLab has permission to read heart rate in iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → HeatLab.

Lost your history?
History syncs from your watch to your phone — open the iPhone app while the watch is nearby to trigger sync.

Manage Your Subscription

HeatLab subscriptions are managed through Apple. To view, change, or cancel your subscription:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select HeatLab
